Bracelets and Rings Resize or Adjustment

I know mistakes happen-sometimes the wrong size is ordered or the wrong finish is selected at checkout. No worries, I've got you covered!

This listing simply covers only the cost of additional components and shipping of the redone piece. My labor is complimentary, and this service is available only for purchases made within 30 days of the initial purchase.

Since I do not keep inventory and each piece is made to order just for you, I cannot simply exchange it for a different size or finish. However, I can resize or alter the piece that you have purchased from my shop once it is shipped back to me. Shipping back to me fee is not included in this listing.

Once I receive the bracelet/ring back from you, it will be resized /adjusted within 1-3 days and shipped back to you using the same shipping method you selected when purchased this listing. Expedited shipping method is also available at checkout.

These services are provided only for the bracelets and rings purchased from Dainty Gems Jewelry.

For hygienic reasons I only work with unused and unworn jewelry. Thank you for your understanding!
