Refund policy
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept items to be returned for store credit within 5 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification.
- Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered.
- Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase.
- All earring, and items purchased with a discount code are FINAL SALE
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges
- There will be no refunds for any address errors or missing items shown as DELIVERED
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photo proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Each order gets processed into our production system automatically, therefore we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.
