IS YOUR JEWELRY WATERPROOF?
Yes, most of our jewelry is generally waterproof. We use only high-quality 14k gold-filled or sterling silver components, which are resistant to tarnish and safe for everyday wear. However, to maintain the shine and longevity of your piece, we still recommend removing it before swimming, bathing, or applying products like lotions or perfumes. Please note: our silk-knotted designs are not waterproof and require extra care. These delicate pieces are best kept dry and are not intended for daily wear.
HOW DO I SELECT RIGHT BRACELET SIZE?
If you’re unsure of your bracelet size or buying a gift, we recommend choosing our adjustable style with a chain extender for the best fit. If you’re able to measure your wrist, use a string or soft measuring tape and wrap it snugly around your wrist—right against the skin. Then add:

½ inch for bracelets with 2–4mm beads

¾ inch for 5–6mm beads

1 inch for 7mm beads and up
This ensures a comfortable fit that accounts for bead size and movement.
HOW AND WERE IS YOUR JEWELRY MADE?
All of our jewelry is handmade to order in our Dallas studio. We use only natural gemstones, selected for their beauty, energy, and intention. Each piece is made with high-quality 14k gold-filled or sterling silver components and assembled with precision and care. Many designs are hand-knotted on silk or strung on durable waterproof thread, depending on the style.
Because every item is made to order in small batches, quantities are limited — so if you see something you love, we recommend grabbing it before it sells out.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful for years to come:

Most of our jewelry is waterproof and safe for daily wear. We use only 14k gold-filled and sterling silver, which won’t tarnish with normal use.

Silk-knotted pieces are delicate and not waterproof — avoid water, sweat, and lotions, and store them flat to prevent stretching. Use for special occasions only.

To clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing.

Store your pieces in a dry pouch or box, away from sunlight and humidity.
With simple care, your jewelry will retain its shine and intention for a long time.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All our jewelry is handmade to order and typically ships within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the shipping method you select at checkout — it’s calculated automatically based on your location.

WHAT IF MY JEWELRY BREAKS?
We stand by the quality of our work and want you to love your jewelry. If your piece arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away — we’ll make it right.
However, once the jewelry has been worn, we’re unable to accept returns or offer repairs due to hygienic and safety reasons. We recommend carefully inspecting your item as soon as it arrives.
If a piece breaks later from wear, we unfortunately can’t replace or repair it — but many local jewelers or bead shops offer affordable restringing services. If you ever have questions about care or materials, we’re here to help!
WHAT IF IT DOESN'T FIT OR I DON'T LOVE IT?
We truly want you to love your jewelry! If it doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you expected, you’re welcome to exchange it for a different size or return it for store credit — as long as the piece is unworn and in original condition.
All requests must be made within 14 days of the order date. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. Just reach out and we’ll gladly help with the next steps.
DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM ORDERS?
We’re not accepting full custom design orders at this time — however, if you’d like to tweak one of our current designs (such as changing the clasp, metal, or size), feel free to message us! We’re happy to accommodate small adjustments whenever possible.
